Upon the completion of these acquisitions, Simply Self Storage is proud to announce that it has exceeded an unprecedented 200-site acquisition milestone within the last two years. Simply Self Storage purchased six of the eight stores in California. They are; Ceres and Riverbank, located in Stanislaus County, Escalon and Stockton, located in San Joaquin County, Sonora, located in Tuolumne County and a new lease up, Elk Grove, located in Sacramento County. Combined, the California portfolio has 3,805 units and 518,665 total rentable square feet. The seventh store acquired is situated in West Palm Beach, Florida, located in Palm Beach County. This store has 833 units and 81,482 total rentable square feet. The eighth store acquired is in Barnegat, New Jersey, located in Ocean County. This store has 634 units and 102,375 total rentable square feet. In addition to the acquisitions of over 200 fully operational self storage sites, earlier this month OB Companies/Simply Self Storage acquired an additional development site to add to its new development portfolio. The site is located within the Little Italy district of San Diego, California.
