Simply Self Storage acquired two of the five facilities in Macon, Georgia. Combined the Georgia stores have 752 units and 133,495 total rentable square feet. The Illinois acquisition is located in Deerfield and has 521 units with 65,675 total rentable square feet. This will be the 18th location in this state for Simply Self Storage. The Ohio acquisition, located in Cincinnati, and has 706 units with 76,061 total rentable square feet, and will make this the 24th location in this state. The Pennsylvania acquisition is located in Ivy Hill and has 617 units with 50,310 total rentable square feet. This will be the 22nd location in this state.
