Press Release - Annual Meeting Orlando, Florida – Friday, December 15, 2006 On Friday, December 15, 2006, Simply Self Storage/OB Companies conducted its annual meeting. Included in the meeting were field management, corporate management and associates, investors, and representatives from Simply's major banking and financial advisory firms. Kurt O'Brien, CEO Simply Self Storage/OB Companies, presented the Company's vision, and members of the senior management team presented each of their area's roles in executing that vision. It was a great opportunity for all those associated with the Nation's leading privately owned self storage company to see future plans for the company. At the end of the meeting, all associates and guests were invited to dinner and a competitive poker tournament. Congratulations to Jim Grimaldi, Regional Manager for Simply. Jim made it through six matches of poker and crowned grand champion of the event.
