 Simply Self Storage acquired the portfolio from Attic Storage on October 30th, 2006.  The portfolio consisted of nearly 466,000 rentable square feet and 2,889 units in Kansas City, Olathe, Belton, and Platte City.

 In addition, Simply Self Storage currently has another 60 properties under contract that will close by year end making it the largest private self storage owner in the United States and Puerto Rico.
