Simply Self Storage acquired the portfolio from All Seasons Storage Trust in August of 2006. The portfolio consisted of 1,554,845 rentable square feet and 12,783 units in Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and Maryland.

In addition, Simply Self Storage currently has another 74 properties under contract that will close by year end making it the largest private self storage owner in the country.
