Simply Automated opens new facility in Effingham, IL  Simply Automated is pleased to announce the expansion of our storage property in Effingham, IL.  We’ve added nearly 8,000 more square feet to the facility (to nearly 30,000 sf in all), including several “supersized” units which have already rented to local contractors.  We are once again providing a premium product at a value price, as this facility is one of the few in the area to be fully fenced and paved, with secure keypad access. And of course, as with all of Simply's facilities, tenants can manage their account or rent a unit in person, over the telephone or using the internet - making their storage experience with Simply the most convenient in the industry!
