Simply Self Storage Introduces 24-Hour Automated Kiosks 

Simply Self Storage is pleased to announce that we have installed automated kiosks at many of our Simply properties throughout the country, with all facilities targeted for kiosks to be installed this year.  The Kiosks are being purchased through the CTS Group and Online Self Storage, one of the industry's leading call centers. "One of the most important factors to us", commented Simply founder Kurt O'Brien, "is that we are now able to offer our customers every conceivable way to access their account.  Whether in person, over the phone or the internet, and now even after hours or at an unmanned facility - our customers will have the ultimate in convenience on everything from making a payment on an existing account to renting a new unit."  Another advantage of the kiosks is that they are portable which makes them ideal for lease-up stores or even high traffic areas that aren't located at the store site.
