Simply Self Storage's Automated Division Begins Operations Conceived of as a dream several years ago by Kurt O'Brien, the company's founder, the Automated Division of Simply Self Storage has opened its first property.  The facility is located in the Indianapolis suburb of Zionsville, and will be the first Simply property run through a fully automated kiosk.  "I've wanted this for a long time," said O'Brien.  "The market hasn't been ready before, but now that kiosk technology has started to mature and become more affordable, the numbers work.  We're confident that this is going to be the next big thing in storage."  Jim Adams, the General Manager of the Automated Division notes that this is just the beginning.  "We've been actively looking at other existing properties as well as land for new development.  We're right on track to hit our goals for the division."
