Access should be from both directions
TRAFFIC
Minimum of 20,000 cars a day at the entrance
Office and signage must be visible from the street
Freeway visibility is a bonus
FRONTAGE
150' preferred; 75' minimum
LOCATION
In or adjacent to new retail or existing retail areas located on a commercial street
Single- and multi-family housing in the area
RETAIL ZONE
Located near grocery stores, home improvement centers and other retail businesses
GROWTH
Positive population and income growth
