Simply Self Storage is the

properties across the country that we own/manage (by the time you read this, it
will undoubtedly be more).
We have our own
branded properties under the Simply Self Storage name, and we have joint venture
relationships all over the country, with some of the biggest (and smallest!)
names in storage.
Unlike some developers, OB is ready when you are. We’re actively
seeking land, acquisitions and joint venture partners. There’s no gauntlet of
corporate bureaucracy to fight through; we have ample capital to do deals and
we’re able to move as quickly as the deal allows it to.
We love multi-use sites! We’ve often found that retail and
storage can complement each other. Our storage centers can use the less
valuable land on the back or side of retail developments; we don’t need to use
valuable frontage space. Our properties generate additional revenue and can
even help lower common area costs to the other retail tenants. We do all that
without requiring additional parking spaces or creating traffic overflow
problems.
