OB General Contracting Services, Inc. was formed in 2002 by Kurt O’Brien and is a full-service general contractor/ construction manager for light-industrial, office, retail and self-storage properties. In addition to the extensive experience our principals bring, we’re unique because we have a different philosophy: we don’t have the weight of overhead costs and extra expenses weighting us down. We fill critical management positions (general contractor, superintendent, project manager) with our trusted internal employees. But we use our extensive contacts in the markets we operate in to perform all other functions with high-quality local sub-contractors. In addition to keeping our overhead down and allowing us to complete a job more economically, we put money and jobs back into the local market.
